The editable versions can be opened in any web browser and enter the notes directly into the planner and save as a seperate file.

If you use a note taking app such as noteshelf, you can type onto the pages or if you have a stylus you can write by hand and store it digitally within the app.

If you prefer to write in your planner by hand, you can print the pages as often as you need and write directly on the paper to keep in a folder or pin on your fridge, hand on a wall or store however you like.
